Privacy Policy

Parkside Driving School respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only collect, store and use your personal information for defined purposes. We use your information to support and enhance our relationship with you, for example, to process your purchase, provide service and support, and share product, service and company news and offerings with you. We do not sell your personal information. We will not share your personal data outside Parkside Driving School without your consent, except as required by law or to protect Parkside Driving School, its customers, or the public, and then only with partners who share Parkside Driving Schools commitment to protecting your privacy and data. At any time you may contact Parkside Driving School with any privacy questions or concerns you may have. You also may ask at any time to see the personal data you have given us and request correction or deletion. We strive to protect the security of your personal data by use of appropriate measures and processes.

Privacy and Data Security Policy

At Parkside Driving School, your right to privacy and data security is a primary concern. We comply with, and will continue to comply with all applicable industry standards including the use of our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software which is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address so that they cannot be read over the internet. Additionally, Parkside Driving School has very strict policies and procedures designed to protect the privacy of our students and customers. We do not sell or share personal or business information. The collection of personal and business information is solely for the purpose of payment transaction processing services, in which Parkside Driving School may contract or subcontract with third parties engaged in the business of transaction processing and authorization.

Credit Card Refund Policy

A student who withdraws prior to the first day of class will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. Once a student has attended class, tuition refunds will not be provided. When a student withdraws prior to the first day of class, Parkside Driving School processes refunds to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Indemnity

Any dispute arising under these Terms or out of your use of this Site shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of Washington. Changes to Terms and Conditions in this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon either posting of the modified Agreement or by notification to you. You agree to review this Agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of the Service shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Agreement. You agree that these standards for notice of changes are reasonable.
